About the AI allowance

AI generation is an assistive feature that draws characters, poses and backgrounds onto your canvas. When the allowance runs out the drawing tools keep working. What it will and will not generate is set out in our AI content policy.

AI content policy

How credits are counted

Credits are only spent when the AI makes an image or a video. Brushes, layers, balloons, text and exporting never touch them.

Granted credits expire on your next grant date. The grant cycle is 30 days from your account anchor date, not a calendar month. Credits you buy stay valid for a year, and the ones closest to expiring are used first.

A failed generation is not charged.

Credit packs

If you run out, you can buy more credits separately from your subscription. Bought credits stay valid for a year.

• 1,000 credits: $7.99
• 2,500 credits: $18.99
• 6,000 credits: $42.99

Packs are a one-time purchase in the app and do not renew. Local price and tax are shown at checkout.

Renewal and cancellation

• Both the monthly and the yearly plan are auto-renewing subscriptions.
• Cancelling stops the next charge; you keep access until the period you have already paid for ends.
• Subscriptions bought on the web are cancelled on the web (or in the Paddle customer portal); subscriptions bought in the app are cancelled in your App Store subscription settings.
• Two days with 300 AI credits begin at your first AI generation (once per account and once per device, with no automatic charge).

Refunds

You get a full refund within 7 days of payment if you have not used any paid feature covered by that payment. Otherwise we refund the remaining period pro rata after deducting the part already used. Purchases outside Korea are handled by Paddle as merchant of record, and Paddle’s buyer terms apply in addition. The full basis is in §6 of the Terms.
